We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Murdostoun In Newmains, Wishaw. As a key member of our specialist brain injury and neurological care service, you will play a vital role in providing individualized assessment and intensive rehabilitation to help individuals recover from brain injuries.

About the Role

  • Support clients with daily activities and lead the shift to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Implement care plans to establish routine and ensure service users have up-to-date risk assessments and person-centered plans.
  • Administer medication (if required) and support service users with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids.
  • Collaborate with the service manager to review and update risk assessments and care plans as needed.
