We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Murdostoun In Newmains, Wishaw. As a key member of our specialist brain injury and neurological care service, you will play a vital role in providing individualized assessment and intensive rehabilitation to help individuals recover from brain injuries.

About the Role

  • Support clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Lead the shift, maintaining appropriate staffing levels and ensuring effective care planning
  • Administer medication (if required) and support clients with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids
  • Collaborate with the service manager to review and update risk assessments and person-centered plans
  • Participate in mandatory training and contribute to a positive, supportive team environment
