Role Overview



We are seeking a dedicated and guest-focused Floor Manager to oversee our waiting team and ensure seamless service delivery at our German Gymnasium restaurant in Kings Cross.



Key Responsibilities





  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain our commitment to exceptional dining experiences.

  • Build rapport with guests and support the waiting team to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Contribute to the success of the restaurant from the floor and have ample opportunity for personal growth and development.
