Child Protection Adviser

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our safeguarding team as a Designated Safeguarding Adviser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing front-line support and guidance to young people and adults, and working collaboratively with our existing team of professionals to deliver high-quality safeguarding services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safeguarding or a related field, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our learners, and are committed to delivering high-quality safeguarding services, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support and guidance to young people and adults
- Work collaboratively with our existing team of professionals to deliver high-quality safeguarding services
- Meet learners and provide them with the necessary support and resources
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, education, child protection)
- Proven experience in safeguarding or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience
