Sales and Admin Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill this exciting role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Estimated Annual Salary: £24,500-£27,000 (dependent on experience)
About the Job DescriptionThe Front of House Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation
- Providing a high level of customer service
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Location: Dungannon, Northern Ireland, UK
