Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Admin to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Purchasing Admin, you will be responsible for allocating stock, monitoring orders, and controlling daily cycle counts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Allocate stock to sales and works orders.
- Monitor orders to ensure that product is on track for delivery.
- Assess and monitor supplier performance.
- Progress and monitor POs.
- Arrange logistics of shipments monitoring performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Strong Admin skills preferably have purchasing experience.
Working Arrangements: This is a full-time role based in Tyrone, Dungannon.
