Clinical Lead Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Woodbridge, Suffolk. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents and leading a team of nurses to deliver exceptional care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide person-centred care to residents
  • Ensure that care services are delivered to a high standard, meeting the needs of residents and their families
  • Assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care, ensuring that care plans are completed and maintained
  • Administer medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy
  • Develop and implement care programs that promote independence and dignity for residents

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care
  • Experience of delivering quality clinical and person-first assessments
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards
