We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in the Witherwack, Sunderland area. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care standards.
  • Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards in line with CQC guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place for efficient operations. You will also have experience in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services. Additionally, you will be able to produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
