About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. As a Clinical Homecare Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients, delivering high-quality care and support in their own homes, workplaces, or communities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and guidance to patients, families, and carers, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and support. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, addressing the unique needs and goals of each patient.

We offer a comprehensive range of treatments, including medication delivery, IV infusions, home parenteral nutrition, and specialized nursing for complex conditions. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical homecare services, and we are committed to providing the highest standards of patient care and outcomes.

What We're Looking For
  • A valid NMC PIN and a high level of care and empathy to help our patients regain their independence.
  • Basic IT skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
  • A full UK driving licence, as you will be required to travel between patients throughout the day.
