Seeking a Retail Team Member:
We are currently seeking a Customer Team Member to join our team at SPAR in Ludlow, Shropshire. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, processing customer purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
About the Role:
As a Customer Team Member, you will work closely with the store manager to ensure the smooth running of the store. This includes greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, answering customer inquiries, and processing customer purchases efficiently and accurately.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Answer customer inquiries about products and services.
- Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately through the tills.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
