About the Role

As a Lead Residential Team Member, you will join an experienced and supportive team within a beautiful and fully equipped setting. Your role will be to actively enable each and every one of the children and young people in our care to achieve their own personal best.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £13.50ph - £14.50ph, with additional pay for sleep-ins at £30 per hour. You will also be entitled to 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays and rising with service, paid sickness leave, and a range of other benefits including training and development plans, career progression opportunities, and a refer-a-friend scheme.
