Administrative Assistant

We are delighted to offer our PROUD Customer Service Apprenticeship opportunity within Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
This apprenticeship will provide you with the chance to develop your administration skills and gain a qualification whilst working in an NHS setting.
As an apprentice, you will be working in a variety of roles throughout the Trust, based at the Northern General Hospital and our Hallamshire sites.
Key Responsibilities- Booking appointments and maintaining medical records
- Communicating with internal and external colleagues and patients via email, telephone, and face-to-face
- General administration duties
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with a desire to learn from the experiences gained during this apprenticeship.
- GCSE English and Maths 3/d or Functional Skills Level 1 or above or equivalent
- Ability to use computer software packages
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to work with others and independently
