  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, vents, and general Hard FM equipment.
  • Work on a mobile basis, covering multiple retail, hospitality, and commercial sites across the South East region.
  • Collaborate with the M&E Hard Services team to ensure efficient maintenance services.
