Basic salary: £25-27K, with potential earnings via commission.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Carry out property viewings and obtain feedback.
  • Negotiate new tenancies on behalf of landlords and tenants.
  • Issue tenancy agreements, safety certificates, and other necessary documentation.
  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure seamless property transfers.
  • Arrange key handovers and assist tenants in settling into their new homes.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar lettings role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • A motivated individual eager to advance their career within the lettings sector.
