Overview

Location: Lookers Skoda Kia Newcastle

Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00, plus alternate Saturdays on a rota (08:00-13:00)

Salary: £26,000-£28,000

Lookers Skoda Kia Newcastle is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers
  • Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional parts and accessories
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
  • Managing a high-volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and ensuring their needs are met
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems as necessary

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is desirable, as is knowledge of dealer systems such as Kerridge/ADP.
