Job Title:

The Lean Initiatives Manager will lead process improvement initiatives within the plant, focusing on reducing waste and improving productivity. This involves developing and implementing standardised work procedures, facilitating cross-functional teams, and analysing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Lean projects to reduce waste and improve productivity
  • Develop and implement standardised work procedures
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and other improvement workshops

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Package: Up to £45,000 per annum, including Company Annual Bonus, Pension, and Healthcare benefits.
