Our client is a leading training provider that delivers high-quality apprenticeship training programs to a range of businesses across a variety of industries. They are currently seeking a Lean Manufacturing L2 Apprenticeship Assessor and Teacher to join their team and deliver outstanding training to apprentices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to apprentices in line with awarding body and internal quality requirements- Deliver high-quality training to apprentices in the classroom and in the workplace, ensuring that they meet their learning objectives and progress towards their qualification- Build strong relationships with employers and apprentices to provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their apprenticeship journey- Monitor the progress of apprentices and ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and on time- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the relevant apprenticeship standards, qualifications, and assessment requirements**Requirements**:
- Relevant industry experience in Lean Manufacturing at supervisory or management level- Hold a relevant qualification in Lean Manufacturing at Level 4 or above- Hold a recognised Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1) or be willing to work towards- Hold a Teaching qualification (e.g PTLLS) or be willing to work towards- Have experience of delivering and assessing Lean Manufacturing L2 apprenticeships or in-house Lean skills training.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively- Full driving license and access to a carThis position is being managed by Pertemps Work Based Learning Division.
