**Business Skills Tutor/Assessor**

- Thursday 08:30-16:00, Friday 08:30-12:30**

Pertemps are currently working with a ‘Good’ rated training provider based in the North East. They are looking to expand their team due to large periods of growth and are looking for a Business Skills Tutor/Assessor to carry out the delivery and assessment of their Business Administration and Team Leader level 3 Apprenticeships.

**Key Responsibilities of the Tutor**:

- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to learners as they progress through their apprenticeship programs.- Design and deliver industry-standard learning programs focused on competencies, behaviours, and interpersonal skills in a classroom based setting.- Actively assist, motivate, and inspire learners during their training, facilitating their successful completion.- Develop training plans and group sessions that incorporate diverse teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.- Utilise appropriate resources and materials at a suitable pace and level to meet the needs of individual learners.- Offer constructive feedback and valuable insights to enable learners to reach their full potential.- Evaluate and assess the quality of work produced by learners, ensuring it meets the required standards for their qualification***

**Requirements of the Tutor**:

- Vocational competence in Administration, Management and improvement processes.- L3 Teaching Qualification or equivalent
- the client will up skill you to gain your L4.- Recognised Assessors award
- CAVA/TAQA/A1 etc.- L3 Business Administration Qualification or equivalent.- Strong IT skills.***
