Manufacturing Optimization Lead

The Manufacturing Optimization Lead will be responsible for analysing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement, leading Lean projects, and developing standardised work procedures. This is a key role within the plant, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes
- Lead Lean projects to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Develop and implement standardised work procedures
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: £45,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. Benefits include Company Annual Bonus, Pension, and Healthcare.
