**Role Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Leader to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role

As a Care Leader, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the care and well-being of our residents, working closely with the clinical team to ensure their individual needs are met. You will also supervise a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
  2. Work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  3. Provide supervision, guidance, and support to Care Assistants to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered by the team, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
