Counter Business Manager

Job Summary:

A dynamic and results-driven Counter Business Manager is required to lead a top-performing team and drive sales success through motivation and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering weekly and monthly productivity reporting, driving team performance, and leading daily briefs, performance meetings, and team events.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver weekly and monthly productivity reporting to the Field Sales Manager, showcasing the team's performance and areas for improvement.
  2. Drive sales success through motivation and leadership, ensuring the team hits daily and monthly KPI targets.
  3. Lead a top-performing team through daily briefs, performance 121 meetings, and team events, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  4. Manage monthly rota scheduling, payroll budgeting, and forecasting, responding to trading conditions and ensuring the team's success.
  5. Collaborate with host store partners and senior stakeholders to ensure brand compliance with policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor stock levels, managing sales, audits, and counts, and providing proactive counsel to the Field Sales Manager on stock lines.
  7. Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies to ensure the team's future success.
  8. Identify training needs and provide feedback to team members, driving advancement and opportunity growth.
  9. Drive business KPI performance to achieve market-leading results and maintain a top-ranking position.
  10. Own counter metrics, analyzing data to identify risks and opportunities, and proposing plans to unlock commercial success.
