Salary: The starting salary for this position is £12.50 - £15.40 per hour, negotiable based on experience. This competitive rate reflects the importance of the role in supporting the development of young children.

Job Description: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and stimulating environment that fosters children's growth and learning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children's development through engaging child-centered activities and play
- Delivering activities that extend children's learning and development outcomes
- Monitoring, assessing, and recording children's progress
- Planning and delivering next steps to support children's development

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A level 2 or level 3 Early Years Practitioners qualification
- A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- Familiarity with planning, observing, and record-keeping procedures
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
