About the Role: As a Deputy Nursery Manager at Tommies Childcare, you will play a vital role in leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for early education and childcare. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Nursery Manager in maintaining the effective day-to-day management of the nursery

• Demonstrating leadership skills by upskilling and inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional learning experiences for the children in our care

• Working closely with other managers to reinforce our ethos and values

• Providing guidance and support to your team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

• Maintaining accurate records and reports, contributing to the overall performance of the nursery

We are offering a salary of £36,200 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 40% childcare discount, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
