You will support the Sales and Operations Director in creating and driving strategy for advertising, marketing, and sales, as well as operational objectives.
You will assist in the effort of all commercial aspects, including budgets and profitability. With the view and objective to win and maximise new business opportunities, whilst improving policies and procedures in-house for better quality results.
Whilst supporting and mentoring all departments as required.
Essential Requirements:- Degree or equivalent experience in Law, Business Administration, MBA, or Sales
- Consumer and Commercial Contracts Law and Negotiations experience
- Knowledge of Warehouse Distribution and Logistics Operations
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety laws
- Ability to work cross-functionally in all areas
- Knowledge of Procurement and Purchasing
- Knowledge of Property Development industry
- Experience with Facilities and Building Estates
- Commercial contract disputes
- Human Resources with knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Change transition
