Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with individual needs in mainstream lessons. This will involve working closely with teachers and other support staff to implement reasonable adjustments and provide additional support where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting students with individual needs in mainstream lessons
  2. Working with a small group of assigned key students
  3. Conducting 'walk and talks' to better understand key students' emotional needs
  4. Implementing reasonable adjustments to ensure students can access their learning
  5. Following school procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Reliability and punctuality

Compensation: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
