Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse

Medway NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic neonatal nurse to join our team as a Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our NICU team. As a Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day management of the clinical area, delegating duties and care appropriately, and maintaining overall responsibility.
About the Team:
Our neonatal nursing team is expanding and is led by our Head of Nursing for Children and Young People. We are committed to delivering high-quality care to babies and their families, and we are looking for someone who shares our ambition and vision.

Requirements:
- Post-registration neonatal intensive care qualification
- Experience as a neonatal nurse (RGN/RSCN/Child Branch)
