Clinical Sister

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at Medway NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of nurses, and contributing to the development of our neonatal services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families. As a Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team
- Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
- Coordinating the day-to-day management of the NICU
- Deputising for the Senior Sister / Senior Charge Nurse as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RSCN/Child Branch) qualification
- Specialist Neonatal Qualification
- Experience of working in a neonatal intensive care environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
