Clinical Sister

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse to join our team at Medway NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Cancer and Core Clinical Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to oncology patients, ensuring a safe and effective delivery of SACT.
- Act as a deputy to the Senior Sister / Charge Nurse, mentoring junior team members and promoting a culture of excellence in nursing practice.
- Lead and coordinate clinical, managerial, and educational requirements within the clinical area, ensuring the highest standards of nursing care are delivered.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users, promoting dignity and human rights through person-centred care principles.
- RN1/RN2/RN12 or RN Child Registered Nurse on the NMC register.
- Experience in dealing with distressed relatives, care of terminally ill patients, and other challenging situations.
