Business Operations Project Manager

As a key member of the Monahans team, you will play a critical role in delivering operational projects that drive business growth and development. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the implementation of operational projects, ensuring seamless integration of new teams and businesses into the Monahans portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational projects that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate the operational integration of acquired businesses into the Monahans portfolio.
- Measure and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain project management capability within the team, ensuring effective reporting and communication of project status and progress.
- Proven experience in managing operational projects, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
