Job Description

As a key member of the Monahans team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our operational projects. Your ability to deliver on multiple projects, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and manage the smooth and efficient running of our operational projects will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the implementation of operational projects, including the integration of new teams.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the operational integration of acquired businesses into the Monahans portfolio.
  • Plan and deliver operations and integration projects that will grow our portfolio and develop the operational strength of Monahans.
  • Programme-manage the delivery of technical and central services projects that will underpin the smooth running of our client services.
  • Measure and report on the progress of our projects across the organisation in line with our weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review of critical success factors.
  • Conduct projects' post-implementation reviews, taking the key learnings and continuously improving our processes and practices.
  • Proactively manage any operational risks by identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks before they become a problem.
  • Develop project management capability in the team and establish reporting processes that will keep the firm informed of progress, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing acquisitions and business transfers.
  • A proven track record of success and the ability to implement operations planning and project management effectively.
  • Understanding or a willingness to learn about and support all aspects of our work at Monahans.
