We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Trade Store Support Specialist to join our team at Würth Group. As a key member of our store network, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores in the north region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Assist with shop cover during holidays and sickness, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers
  • Contribute to the day-to-day support of our stores, including opening and closing stores as required
  • Process orders and manage inventory to ensure efficient stock levels
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or security issues to store management
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers
Requirements
  • Experience in D.I.Y. store or trade store and/or construction, tools, or automotive industries is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • PC literate and proficient in using software applications
