We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our protection team as a Protection Specialist. You will be responsible for conducting high-quality calls and appointments with customers, providing regulated protection advice, and focusing on achieving the best possible outcomes.
This is an office-based role that requires you to be within commuting distance of our head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct appointments with clients in a friendly and engaging manner, communicating clearly and explaining protection products in a concise way.
- Provide written recommendations confirming the best advice to suit the customer's needs following a comprehensive fact find.
- Assess existing policies, review and replace if required to suit customers' changing circumstances.
- Identify opportunities to review cover in a compliant manner, ensuring clients are never knowingly disadvantaged.
- Replace or recommend amendments to existing cover, providing documented reports to explain changes to cover.
- Provide quotations for personal and family protection, explaining recommendations at a level the client understands or requires.
