Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) Protection Team

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our protection team based in CHEAM. As a Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality calls and appointments with customers, providing regulated protection advice, and focusing on appropriate outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct appointments with clients in a friendly and engaging manner, communicating clearly and explaining protection products in a concise way.
  • Provide written recommendations confirming the best advice to suit the customer's needs following a comprehensive fact find.
  • Assess existing policies, review and replace if required to suit customers' changing circumstances.
  • Spot opportunities to review cover in a compliant manner, ensuring clients are never knowingly disadvantaged.
  • Replace or recommend amendments to existing cover, providing documented reports to fully explain changes to cover.
  • Provide quotations for personal and family protection, explaining recommendations at a level the client understands or requires.
