Job Title: Betting Office Trainee Assistant ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Betting Office Trainee Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of our betting shop and marketing our products and services to the highest possible standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of the shop and marketing of our products and services
- Supervise staff and ensure the smooth running of the office
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Comply with responsible gambling and self-exclusion guidelines
- 18 years or older
- Keen interest in sports and betting (full training provided)
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and Sundays
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.68
- Extra 20p per hour responsibility allowance (when qualified)
- Opportunity to develop new skills and progress within the company
