We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team at Zooki. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our growth both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with daily tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Account Onboarding: Guide new accounts through the onboarding process, maintaining detailed records.
  • New Line Forms: Complete and submit documentation for product listings with retail partners.
  • Documentation Management: Compile, update, and organize essential documents for the team.
  • CRM Maintenance: Accurately update and manage CRM systems to support client relationships.
  • Order Processing: Support the sales team by processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with the operations team.
  • Client Coordination: Provide timely and relevant updates to clients, strengthening relationships and trust.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Previous administrative experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data handling and documentation.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactivity: A self-starter who is willing to learn and tackle new challenges.
