As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the B2B team, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
**Compensation Package:** £25,000 - £28,000 per year
Key responsibilities include managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and providing timely updates to clients. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities & Requirements:**
- Order Processing: Support the B2B team by processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with the operations team
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately update and manage CRM systems to support client relationships
- Process Optimization: Identify and recommend workflow improvements to enhance administrative efficiency
