Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business leads and driving revenue growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify prospects who could be a good fit for our business and hand over to the Global Sales Director to close.
- Reach out to both Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) and Enterprise clients to generate new leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Global Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year cold outbound sales experience in a B2B role.
- Proven track record of success in sales development and lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
What We Offer
- Basic salary of £30-33k + £12k uncapped OTE.
- Hybrid working model with 2-3 days in the Bristol office per week.
