About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Reservations Concierge to join our team at Carnival Corporation and plc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking and English-speaking guests and travel advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide intuitive and genuine service to our guests and travel advisors, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a liaison between our guests and travel advisors and other departments to ensure that special requests and on-board needs are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our travel advisors and guests, being the voice of Holland America Line and Seabourn.
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails in Dutch and English, and attend to the post-sale administrative needs of booked guests.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or travel environment.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • PC literate.
