Job Title: Brand Ambassador

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team at Samsung. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing them with a memorable and positive experience, and suggesting appropriate Samsung products to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Engage with customers and provide them with a memorable and positive experience
* Ask questions and listen to fully understand their needs and suggest appropriate Samsung products
* Proactively build relationships at all levels in store, increasing product knowledge and brand advocacy amongst retail partner colleagues
* Work alongside the in-store team to drive sales and advocacy for Samsung

**Requirements:**

* Great communicator with the ability to listen and build relationships with all types of people
* Persuasive and target-oriented with a desire to develop a career in sales
* Curious and always seeking answers and solutions to problems
