Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored presentations and training sessions to increase awareness and enthusiasm for Hyperoptic's high-speed broadband services among sales teams.
  • Research sites and create coverage plans to ensure successful delivery of the activity, including setting appointments with key stakeholders.
  • Collect net promoter scores from visited sites to prove the impact of training.
  • Gather insights from on-site teams and communicate them back to Hyperoptic to help refine offerings, messaging, and support tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in training, field sales, or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications, real estate, or new build development sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on creating long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take initiative in driving results.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to various sites within the assigned region.
