Brand Ambassador

Service Innovation Group UK is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting our client's services and increasing engagement points across a wide range of businesses across 12 European markets.
Key Responsibilities- Build positive relationships with retailers to deliver our client's objectives.
- Effectively communicate with store staff to promote our client's services.
- Sell and promote the key features and benefits of our client's services, manage objections, and secure agreement to accept.
- Complete terminal tests to ensure retailers can accept payment.
- Ensure point-of-sale items are effectively displayed to maximise consumer brand awareness.
- Activate seasonal promotional campaigns by securing retailer support.
- Work to agreed targets and KPIs set by Service Innovation Group UK, increasing performance of both personal and team goals.
- Adapt to change and react to short-term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively.
- Experience of working in retail environments or managing a territory across multiple locations is beneficial but not essential.
- Highly effective verbal communicator with a proven track record of building relationships and communicating at multiple levels.
- Ability to manage multiple objectives across different projects at the same time.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Databases).
- Able to manage your own time effectively and be a self-starter.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively to meet different business requirements.
- Works well in a team and provides support to others.
- Business development skills and sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills, with an acute eye for detail.
- Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
- Full UK driving licence.
