Role Overview

Service Innovation Group UK is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for visiting retail stores across a designated territory to promote the key features and benefits of our client's services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building positive relationships with retailers to help us deliver our client's objectives.
  • Effectively communicating with store staff to promote our client's services.
  • Selling and promoting the key features and benefits of our client's services, managing objections, and securing agreement to accept.
  • Completing terminal tests to ensure retailers can accept payment.
  • Ensuring all point-of-sale items are effectively displayed to maximise consumer brand awareness.
  • Activating seasonal promotional campaigns by securing the support of retailers.
  • Working to agreed targets and KPIs set by Service Innovation Group UK, with a focus on increasing performance and achieving personal and team goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within retail environments or managing a territory across multiple locations is beneficial but not essential.
  • Highly effective verbal communicator with a proven track record of building relationships and communicating at multiple levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple objectives across different projects at the same time.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Databases).
  • Able to manage your own time effectively and be a self-starter.
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively to meet different business requirements.
  • Works well in a team and provides support to others.
  • Business development skills and sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills, with an acute eye for detail.
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
  • Full UK driving licence.
