Theatre Practitioner

We are seeking a motivated and experienced registered practitioner nurse or operating practitioner to join our highly graded ophthalmology theatre team at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
The team operates on specialized cases such as corneal grafts, DSEK, and DMEK, as well as stents for glaucoma surgery.
Candidates interested in developing a career in theatres will have the opportunity to develop a range of relevant skills as we have a dedicated education team in place with a comprehensive education strategy which underpins the development of all grades of staff within theatres facilitating career development and progression.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a theatre practitioner to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled and experienced team, and will be supported in their professional development through our comprehensive education strategy.

- RGN or RODP qualification
