Learning and Development Lead

About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to lead and inspire our learners as they develop their skills in the gaming industry. This is a permanent position at our state-of-the-art campus and facilities.
Key Tasks
- Develop and implement games curriculum that meets the needs of learners
- Assess and provide feedback on learner projects, using your expertise to help them improve
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need up-to-date knowledge of Esports and game engines (Unity/Unreal Engine). A degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related subject area and maths and English qualifications at level 2 or above are also required.
