Key Responsibilities

As an Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP), your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a Whole School Approach to emotional wellbeing and mental health
  • Working with schools to deliver core components of the service
  • Active participation in local and county-wide meetings and supervision forums
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for participation and service development
  • Experience of delivering therapeutic interventions
  • Ability to conduct mental health assessments
  • Knowledge of education systems and safeguarding issues

You must also have successfully completed the EMHP course.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £29,970 to £36,483 per annum plus HCAS, as well as flexible working hours and part-time applications considered.
