About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Consultant to join our team at Fynde Global Recruitment. As a key member of our global recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging existing networks and building new relationships. Implement a strategic approach to understand market gaps and client needs, creating outreach strategies that engage decision-makers and highlight Fynde Global Recruitment's unique value.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to placement. Ensure a high standard of service delivery to both clients and candidates, maintaining quality at every step of the process.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through consistent communication and proactive engagement. Align candidates with job opportunities that fit their skills and interests, providing personalized support to help them achieve their career objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' company cultures, job requirements, and hiring needs. Use this knowledge to deliver recruitment solutions tailored to their strategic and operational objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a 360-recruitment role. Proven track record in business development and successful recruitment placements.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a talent for closing deals and achieving targets.
