  • Business Development:

  • Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through consistent communication and proactive engagement.
    • Align candidates with job opportunities, matching them with roles that fit their skills and interests.
    • Offer career advice and preparation, helping candidates improve their marketability through resume guidance, interview techniques, and career development advice.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Understand clients' organizational needs, developing a comprehensive understanding of their company cultures, job requirements, and hiring needs.
    • Provide market insights and trends, sharing industry knowledge to inform clients' hiring decisions.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, delivering recruitment services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Administration and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare and present recruitment metrics, generating reports on key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
