Job Description

As a Global Mobility Tax Compliance Manager at BAE Systems, you will lead a team to deliver high-quality services aligned with performance measures.

The salary for this position is approximately £70,000 + depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with governance requirements for tax, social security, and global mobility regulations.
  • Review and monitor compliance reporting and payment obligations.
  • Develop strategies for global mobility and shared services.
  • Provide advice on Employment Tax, Social Security, and Posted Worker regulations.
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor legislative updates and brief teams on impacts.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in UK employment tax and expatriate matters.
  • Extensive knowledge of personal tax, corporate tax, immigration, employment law, and international payroll.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in account and supplier management.
  • A qualification in tax or equivalent certification is preferred.
