Financial Operations Coordinator

As a Financial Operations Coordinator (German Speaking) at Global Accounting Network, you will be responsible for providing financial support to the Receivable department. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with customers, managing customer rebates and invoices, and conducting thorough investigations of customer claims.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in Accounts Receivable and credit management. Strong Excel skills and the ability to work in a high-volume transactional environment are also essential. The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and process customer payments and invoices
- Analyse and resolve customer queries and discrepancies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial data
