Property Maintenance Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Delivery Manager to join our Property Services Team in Blandford Forum, covering our Dorset Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of specialized contractors in delivering property maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of specialized contractors in delivering property maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting customer expectations.
  • Monitor and control budgets, ensuring value for money and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of specialized contractors in delivering property maintenance projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance requirements, including CDM regulations.
  • Strong project management and contract management skills, with experience in managing budgets and mitigating risks.
  • Ability to plan, track, and forecast income and expenditure against relevant budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
